Precision machinery coupled with nesting software makes our cutting and lipping service fast and efficient. Our CNC controlled beam saw provides maximum yield from each sheet that you select and it cuts at up to 80 metres per minute. So if you’ve taken on a one-off project, or have an ongoing larger piece of work and need furniture board, MDF or plywood cut to size, here at Perfect Panels our talented team of workers can do this.
From Alvic, XyloCleaf, EGGER and more, we have a wide range of sheet materials to select from. The maximum sized sheet we can process is 3200mm long and 3100mm wide, while the maximum panel depth is 60mm. Once your cut list has been completed, we can then edge your panels with anyone of our 300 ABS edgings we have in stock at our warehouse. We also offer real wood veneer edgings to match pre-veneered boards and preparation tape for MDF panels. But our exhaustive list of state-of-the-art machinery doesn’t stop there. Our factory also houses a 5-axis Homag CNC for routing, line boring, drilling and shaping panels. Plus, we have the ability to laminate and press your boards, along with offering spraying services.
We provide regular delivery routes to South London, Sussex and Kent. But of course, if you are in Dulwich, you are more than welcome to collect your panels in person. We’re open five-days a week, Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm with a 4.30pm closure on Fridays. Get in touch with a member of the team to find out more.
