Board cutting and lipping are two of the services we offer at our Kent-based business.

We have a vast selection of boards available to choose from. From MFC to MDF and plywood too, there are also more than 300 decors to browse in terms of finish. With big name brands like XyloCleaf and Egger, you are spoilt for choice.

When it comes to board cutting, we can process sheets right up to a size of 3200mm long and 3100mm wide. The maximum panel depth is 60mm.

Lipping (or edge banding) is bonded to the edge of each MDF, MFC or veneered panel specified by you. Across most of our services, we aim for a 4-to-7 day turnaround. Whether that’s collection from our Kent warehouse or delivery. Whilst we allow 9-12 working days for our spray-finished panels and 7-10 days for our pressed laminates. However, if you require your bespoke cutting list sooner, please do ask and we’ll see what we can do!

Perfect Panels is certified with both the Forestry Stewardship Council and PEFC. You’ll be pleased to know that the vast majority of our boards are sourced from the FSC or PEFC-accredited suppliers. We can provide paperwork to this effect upon request.
