One of the spray finishing services we offer is priming. Our skilled technicians provide a white priming service for raw MDF panels, where your panels can be primed and sanded ready for you to add your desired finish and topcoat. Here at Perfect Panels we will prime the edges that we have edge-banded with preparation tape and leave them ready for a topcoat finish. This gives a seamless look to the edges and means raw edges don’t need to be sanded.

If you are after a staining and clear lacquer finishing service, our talented team of spraying technicians can do this too. This finishing service is for veneered boards and timber. You can get colour spray finishing options for MDF flat panels, and you can choose from either a matt 10% sheen, satin 25% sheen or gloss 40% sheen.

Alongside our finishing services, our warehouse, near Peckham, can also provide MDF cut to size, plywood cut to size and MFC cut to size. We also have a number of CNC machines programmed and operated by our team, to help give your project a quality finish. There’s a quick turnaround time too. Panels cut to size and edge banded take between 4-7 working days whilst sprayed MDF and pre-veneered panels take between 9-12 working days.
