Our Homag 3D 5-axis CNC machine can stand up to even the most complex machining. It can handle all aspects of drilling, profiling, shaping and grooving. Our machine can even make jigs, patterns, drillings, rebates and pockets should your project require it.
We have a number of boards here at Perfect Panels you can choose to use for your project/s. This includes plywood, MDF, MFC and through-colour boards. We accept a range of files for all your CAD designs. But if you’re not at that stage and don’t have a design, our talented programming and design team can work with your technical sketches and drawings to bring your project to life. Along with specialising in CNC machining, our South East-based workshop is also geared up to cut boards to size and edgeband. You can also enjoy our spray services, as well as being able to laminate and press boards.
We have a minimum order value of £250 for all deliveries. Or you are more than welcome to collect your panels in person, if you prefer. We are open Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and close at 4.30pm on Fridays.
