Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of processed panels that have been cut to size these items cannot be returned for credit.
If you wish to return unprocessed boards you need to advise us within 5 days from the date of purchase. Unprocessed boards must then be returned within a further 2 days.
Any full size boards returned must be in the same condition as you received them in. We reserve the right to make a handling charge to goods returned and to not accept the return of goods.
Please retain your delivery note and receipt as proof of purchase may be required
Faulty or Damaged Products
Missing or damaged items will not be credited or remade by Perfect Panels unless they have been noted on the delivery/collection note.
If replacement goods or a refund is issued then the original goods remain the property of Perfect Panels and must be returned at the buyer’s expense.
Refunds
Where Perfect Panels agrees to a financial refund, the refund will be credited into your account via BACS or refunded directly to your payment card within 14 days.
