Does your Surrey project require a core that isn’t available from the standard board thickness? That’s where our big press comes in. Our in-house high pressure pressing service can handle boards up to 3050 x 1525mm. We can also achieve slightly longer and wider dimensions by slip pressing.
Perfect Panels has a dedicated and skilled team on site who can talk through all your board pressing needs. This means, as well as slip pressing, we also offer the option to pre-edge cut-to-size panels and laminate too. We standardize panel thickness by passing the board through our wide belt contact sander and pressing each panel with your chosen laminate.
Laminating your MDF is a brilliant idea if you are looking to strengthen your panels, have a special décor in mind or if you have a project that requires waterproof surfaces.
