We also give you the option to pre-edge cut-to-size panels and standardize panel thickness by putting your board through our wide-belt contact sander and then pressing it with your chosen laminate.

Whether it’s MDF, chipboard or Birch Ply, we can press a variety of different materials to help give you a stable core. We can also press flame retardant MDF cores with flame retardant laminates. Plus we can produce FSC and PEFC accreditations upon request.
