Whether it’s high-volume orders or individual one-off units, our state-of-the-art machines can handle just about everything, from CNC cutting and edge banding to laminating and pressing.

The maximum board size that our press can handle is 3050mm x 1525mmm, although we can achieve longer by slip pressing. We can press most standard substrates, although we recommend chipboard, MDF or Birch Ply for a strong and stable core. But even if you need an unusual board thickness or a special laminate pressed onto a particular core material, we can help with that. We can even press flame retardant MDF cores with laminates that have the same flame retardant credentials, should your project require it.

The majority of our wood panels and boards are sourced from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) accredited suppliers or hold a Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC). This means you can rest assured that our wood products have been made with materials from well-managed forest or come from recycled sources.

We can source a range of laminates from all the big-name brands including the likes of Arpa, Formica, Xylocleaf, Abet, Egger and Polyrey.
