Yes, we provide a cutting pattern with every quote. From the pattern you can check the grain direction of your panels and see how we have made the most economical use of your boards, reducing waste and costs to you.

We deliver to Kent, Surrey, Central London and Sussex with our own vans, if you are not in these areas please contact us for a quote, we may still be able to help.

Each of your panels will be individually labelled with the dimensions and part descriptions from your cutting list. When your order is complete the components are stacked and palletized or bundled together in like sizes. Upon arrival our driver will help unload your order at the curb side by hand.

We are unable to store any offcuts from your boards for you, however if you would like to retain your offcuts please select this option when ordering and we will include them with your panels. We consider an offcut to be anything larger than 300mm x 300mm, if you need to keep any offcuts smaller than these dimensions please just let us know.

We offer a login page for you to create and save your part lists online. Here you can access your account 24/7, select materials and save cutlists and quotes for future reference.

You can name each part in your list, input and alter dimensions and quantities, and select and specify edging for every panel.

Yes, we offer samples of many of the boards available from our price list and have a display of over 400 decors at our factory. If you need a sample of Egger, Kronospan, pre-veneered MDF or Valchromat email us with your sample request at [email protected], we will despatch these out to you free of charge in small quantities.

Most of our boards are sourced from FSC or PEFC certified suppliers, with paperwork available upon request. Look out for FSC or PEFC certified products in our board range, if you are still not sure feel free to contact us at [email protected]

Due to the handling restrictions of jumbo size boards we cannot deliver full size sheets to site, they are cut-to-size only items.

Yes, cutting costs are included for each board you select - if you need a quick way to work out a cost for your project just add up the number of boards you think you need. Edgebanding per panel is an additional cost.

Yes, however we encourage you to use our spreadsheet if you can, this speeds up our quote return to you and helps to avoid any data-entry errors when we process your enquiry.
