You have come to the right place if you want a cut and lip service in Beckenham. We specialise in providing cut and edged panels to the furniture making industry, as well as helping tradesmen and DIY enthusiasts with their projects.
Whether it’s MDF cut to size, plywood cut to shape or furniture board cut and edged, our 9000 sq ft factory is well equipped to make your design a reality.
Our edgebanding service provides two options for you to choose from. This includes two types of strong application bonding, using either standard EVA hotmelt glue or Airtec technology.
We also have a range of CNC machines programmed and operated by our team of highly skilled men and women. This service isn’t just limited to 2D designs.
Our Homag 3D, 5-axis CNC machine can handle all aspects of grooving and shaping. If your project requires moulds, patterns or a jig, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss your needs. Here at Perfect Panels, we accept a range of file types to cut these patterns. But if you don’t have your designs on a CAD file, our programming and design team can work from your technical drawings and sketches.
Materials that we work with include MDF, Birch ply, chipboard, hardwood and softwood, Hi-Macs and Avonite. We also offer a number of finishing services for your moulds and patterns should they need top coating, spraying or priming.
