We can cut and lip your boards quickly thanks to our state-of-the-art CNC controlled beam saw. At Perfect Panels we can make light work of all your cutting and lipping needs. Whether you are a DIY enthusiast or tradesperson, we can supply you with the finished materials needed to finalise your project.

Along with our beam saw, we also have a brilliant edgebander and stock more than 300 different edging tapes to give a professional finish to your boards. We have the most popular decors available and ready to be used, all coming in a 1mm and 2mm thickness.

But the good news doesn’t stop there. If you are in Medway working on a project using MDF, MFC or plywood boards, we can also offer a number of other board-related services. This includes 2D and 3D CNC machining. We are also able to spray and laminate and press panels should you require a different finish or board thickness.
