Our machine has a head that moves around five different axes simultaneously. Which means it can handle all aspects of grooving, shaping and profiling on different kinds of materials like MDF, ply, hardwood, softwood Corian, Hi-Macs and Avonite. It can also line bore, drill and shape panels for your project. You might not have your designs on a CAD file, but don’t worry! If you know what you want, our programming and design team can work from your technical drawings. The maximum size of flat panel our machine can accommodate is 1550mm x 3475mm. We also offer other services like boards cut to size or finishing services for your moulds and patterns if they need priming or top coating.
