Bespoke CNC machining is just one of the services we offer here at Perfect Panels. We have a skilled team of workers who can produce small, medium and large quantities of boards cut to size. We can even deliver your boards too.
If this sounds of interest, all you have to do is input your cutting list online via our Excel Enquiry Form, so we can process your query and then let our talented team get to work cutting your boards to size.
Using our trusty Homag 3D 5 axis CNC machine we can handle line boring, drilling and shaping of your panels. It also takes care of all aspects of grooving and profiling. Plus, if your project requires moulds or pockets, our CNC machine can complete this too.
What’s more, our CNC cutting service can work with all manner of surfaces. This includes: MDF, plywood, hardwood, softwood, Corian, Hi-Macs and Avonite. The maximum size panel we can process for CNC machining is 1550mm x 3475mm.
Generally speaking, we aim for a 4-to-7-day turnaround. That’s from placing your order to collection. However if you are looking for help on a much more bespoke project, this could take a little longer. We also provide the cutting pattern with every quote. This enables you to double check the grain direction of your panels to help you line them up for a clean and professional finish.
