We provide a bespoke CNC cutting service and are able to line bore, drill and shape panels for your projects.

Our optimizing software can nest shaped panels and patterns to give the best possible fit onto a board, saving materials and time for you.

Our Homag 3D, 5 axis CNC machine can handle all aspects of grooving, shaping and profiling. If your project requires a jig, patterns, moulds, pockets, drillings or rebates please get in touch to discuss your needs.

We accept a range of file types (.dxf, .dwg, and .stp) For the fastest conversion of your information our preferred file type to receive is .dxf or .dwg.

If you don’t have your designs on a CAD file but know what you want, our programming and design team can work from your technical drawings and sketches, please contact us for further information or send us an e-mail for a quote.

Materials that we work with include MDF, ply, hardwood and softwood, Corian, Hi-Macs and Avonite. We also offer a finishing service for your moulds and patterns if they need priming or topcoating.

The maximum size of flat panel that our 5 axis CNC bed can accommodate is 1550mm x 3475mm.
