Whether you need MDF cut to size or plywood cut to size – Perfect Panels can help with your project. Choose from the latest melamine-faced decors including Alvic, XyloCleaf, EGGER and more. Then send us your cutting list and let our beam saw provide maximum yield from each sheet that you select. Our beam saw is able to cut your panels to a tolerance of +/- 0.1mm, however we advise a real-life tolerance of +/- 0.5mm to allow for the normal thermal movement and tensions in timber-based panels when they are processed. The maximum size sheet we can process for you is 3200mm long x 3100mm wide. Whilst the maximum panel depth is 60mm. Plus, thanks to our 5-axis HOMAG router, we also offer CNC machining for more complex designs, shaped panels, drilling, routing and line boring. We do all of this from our Forest Hill office and workshop. We can deliver boards cut to size to Greenwich (and beyond), or you can collect your panels from us.
