Thanks to our CNC controlled beam saw, we can provide you with MDF cut to size, plywood cut to size or furniture board cut to size. Our 9000 sq ft factory, which delivers to Brixton and the surrounding areas, is well equipped to make your design a reality. The CNC beam saw cuts up to 80 metres per minute. It has side alignment and an electromagnetic measuring system. The maximum size sheet we can process is 3200mm long x 3100mm wide, whilst the maximum panel thickness is 60mm.

At Perfect Panels, we can also edge your boards. We stock more than 300 of the most popular decors in 1mm and 2mm thickness. Plus, we have a number of different materials to match them too. This includes the likes of MDF, veneered and laminated plywood and MFC furniture board.
