If you’re looking for lamination and pressing services, look no further. At Perfect Panels, which is based in Forest Hill, we have Acess to a range of laminates from all the big-name brands including the likes of Arpa (Fenix), Formica, Xylocleaf, Abet, Egger and Polyrey. The maximum board size that our big press can handle is 3050mm x 1525mmm. Although we can achieve longer by slip pressing.
We press a range of standard substrates, although we would recommend MDF, chipboard or Birch Ply for a strong and stable core. Laminated MDF is particularly brilliant in places with numerous high touch points. It’s also dense, has no knots and can be easily machined. Along with laminating and pressing, we can also provide CNC cutting, edgebanding, spraying and cutting boards to size. From high-volume orders to individual one-off units and pretty much anything in between, our state-of-the-art machines can handle just about everything.
