We can cut standard MDF to size, fire retardant MDF as well as MFC, pre-veneered boards, birch ply and standard ply. We also offer the latest melamine faced decors from Egger, Alvic, XyloCleaf and more. Whether it’s MDF cut to size, plywood cut to size or furniture board cut to size, our factory is well equipped to make your design a reality.

When it comes to edging your panels, we have more than 300 edgings in stock and access to hundreds more. We can edge your panels using one of two options. This includes our strong application bonding, which uses standard EVA hotmelt glue and Airtec bonding. Airtec is one of the latest innovations in bonding methods. It forms a moisture resistant bond between edging and panel with minimal bond lines. This makes it the perfect sealant for bathrooms, kitchens and high-end furniture and fittings.
