Bringing together cutting-edge technology in the form of a 5-Axis CNC controlled beam saw and a highly experienced workforce, we are able to deliver all of your board cutting and lipping requirements.

Whether you are based in Crystal Palace or your job is elsewhere in the south east, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality of panels that are perfectly cut every time.

We recently invested in a state-of-the-art CNC Beam Saw, which cuts up to 80 metres per minute. It also has side alignment and an electromagnetic measuring system. This means it is able to cut your panels to a tight tolerance.

Each item from your cut list is labelled at the beam saw and remains labelled until you choose to take it off. This helps you identify each board cut to size from your list and quote.

Our in-house board pressing service is just as high quality. We can standardise panel thickness and press boards up to 3050mm x 1525mm. But having said that, we can achieve longer and/or wider dimensions by slip pressing.

Choose from flame retardant MDF, MFC and more.

Plus, alongside board cutting and pressing our Forest Hill based workshop (just down the hill from Crystal Palace) is equipped to edgeband, spray and laminate all different types of boards and finishes. Our qualified team can also help create bespoke furniture projects for residential or commercial use.
